Op zaterdag 3 augustus tussen 15:00 en18:00 uur hoorde je de 30 beste Italo disco hits op Midvliet FM.

Drie uur lang gingen Henk Bos en Marcel Breeuwsma terug naar begin jaren 80 met hits van bijvoorbeeld Silver Pozzoli, Gazebo, Max Him en Koto. Italo disco kenmerkt zich door een duidelijk futuristisch en 'spacy' geluid, maar ook juist heel zomerse, opgewekte klanken. Italo Disco is een van 's werelds eerste volledige vormen van elektronische dansmuziek.
